Following a successful tenure at Marcus & Millichap Investment Sales from 2019-2021, Paul assumed the role of Regional Commercial Sales Director for Coldwell Banker Realty across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. This transition broadened his access to a diverse portfolio of properties and an extensive professional network.

Before venturing into Commercial Real Estate, Paul enjoyed success as an entrepreneur, owning and operating small business franchises across the Chicagoland area. He also served as the president of the Chicagoland advertising association for an international franchise. Leveraging his entrepreneurial background, Paul adeptly understands client needs and excels in devising innovative solutions to meet them. In 2013, he successfully sold/brokered his businesses before joining Marcus and Millichap, where he honed his skills in commercial investment sales.
